Reporting Copyright Infringement
To submit a copyright infringement notice (DMCA takedown request), please send the following information to support@onlymass.net:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content on OnlyMass.
- Your contact information (name, email, mailing address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the removed content and its former location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
OnlyMass may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
